For more than 30 years, Naeema has worked alongside senior leaders, boards and global organisations through their most defining moments — crisis, transformation, cultural shifts, leadership transitions and strategic ambiguity.
Her career began in the pre-dotcom era and blossomed at IBM, where she experienced firsthand how organisations adapt (and often struggle) through waves of technological and cultural change. She went on to build her expertise across global consultancies before starting up the PR business at Ying Communications — later integrated into the global FINN Partners network — where she led the regional crisis practice, managed complex clients, ran agency operations in Singapore and guided teams through growth, conflict, restructuring and rapid expansion.
Across these decades, one thread stayed constant: Naeema has always been the person leaders call on when the moment is messy, unclear or high stakes.
